After spending time in Japan, we too fell in love with their traditional deep baths known as furos or ofuros. Wooden ofuros are steeped in ancient tradition.   We took time and learned the secrets of the traditional Japanese wooden bath, the materials used and the craftsmanship. We are experts in our field.

We build ofuros in the authentic Japanese style. The wood used is traditional Cedar and Hinoki of the finest quality - vertical grained, quarter-sawn heartwood, properly dried and free of defects. The ofuro shape can be circular, rectangular or elliptical in design. What makes the Japanese bath unique is the design, surroundings, depth, and the ritual and relaxation of the bath itself.
